Welcome to the Northern Illinois Chapter of the Crochet Guild of America.   We are a local crochet group that meets in northwest suburban Chicago.  If you love crochet and want to learn more, come join us!

We are the premiere (first-ever) local chapter of the national organization, the Crochet Guild of America. We encourage all our members to join CGOA, and to attend the annual CGOA crochet conference.

Next Meeting

Our next chapter meeting will be on Saturday, October 12, 2019, from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm at the Rolling Meadows Library. Our program will be Intermeshing/Interlocking crochet. Pam Oddi and Pia Thadani will show you how to make a coaster using this colorwork technique. Bring two contrasting colors of smooth, worsted weight (size 4) cotton yarn, and appropriate size hook (H or I).

What first-timers need to know about our meetings.
